The Bartlett Country Club's Men's Golf Association Member/Guest Tournament is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, July 18th and 19th.

Qualification for the handicap and scratch steeplechase events are open until Labor Day, September 1. Candidates are chosen from the lowest net and gross rounds posted through Labor Day.

The MGA Holiday Better Ball Tournament, the couples Scotch Foursome Tournament, and a Chicken and Rib BBQ dinner are on tap this Sunday, July 6^th.

Bartlett Country Club and Northern Lights at Home will host a candle party to benefit the Women's Golf Association on Wednesday evening, July 2^nd, from 6:30 - 9:00 pm. Stop by and enjoy the ambiance only candlelight can bring.

Musician Vincent Michaels is the featured guest at Bartlett Country Club's Friday Night on the Patio this Friday, June 27^th. He will offer a tribute to Billy Joel and Elton John.

The Bartlett Country Club's Women's Golf Association will hold its annual Florida Scramble on Tuesday, June 24. Reservations are needed in advance to assist in planning the event.

The Bartlett Country Club's MGA will hold a clambake after golf on Men's Day, Thursday, June 12^th, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm for all MGA members. The evening will also feature the pairings for the summer long two man better ball tournament.

Friday, June 6^th, Bartlett Country Club's  Friday Night on the Patio will feature Beautiful Bones with Dave Miller on guitar. This talented band from Buffalo will play soulful blues as well as classic rock from 6:30 - 9:00 pm.

The Men's Golf Association will hold a two-man better ball blind draw tournament on Saturday, June 7^th. Players will be divided into two groups and teams determined by a blind draw. The tournament will begin at 1:00 pm with a shotgun start.

Bartlett Country Club will host the 19^th Annual Russell Houghton Memorial Pro/Am Tournament on Monday, June 9^th. The tournament provides members the opportunity to play with PGA professionals throughout Western New York and Northern Pennsylvania.

The Bartlett Country Club pool will open Friday, May 30^th, at 3:00 pm. The opening was delayed by inclimate weather in May.

Bartlett Country Club has reciprocal agreements with ten clubs in the Western New York and Northern Pennsylvania. The agreements permit members to play on these courses without paying greens fees.

Plan on joining us Memorial Day Weekend for golf, food, and fun. Sign up in the pro shop for Sunday's Better Ball Tournament (tee times from 8:00 - 11:00 am) and for the afternoon Scotch Foursomes Tournament (4:30 pm).

The Bartlett Country Club Women’s Golf Association will host its Annual Past Presidents’ Dinner on Tuesday, May 20th. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served at 6:00 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m.

The opening of the Bartlett Country Club swimming pool may be delayed by the weather. The pool has been drained and cleaned and is ready to be primed and painted, which requires several coats with curing between coats. The ten day weather forecast, however, is not favorable to meeting the opening day goal of May 23.

The Sixth Annual Women's Golf Assocation Wine Tasting will be held on Tuesday, April 29. The wine tasting will be held from 6:00 - 7:00 pm, and hors d'oeurves will served from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.

The Bartlett Country Club Marketing and Membership Committee announced Thursday that Club memberships have increased by thirty-two this spring, following an increase of twenty-five memberships last year.

The Men's Golf Association opening Stag Day is Thursday, April 24th. The golf course is in beautiful condition and the weather looks great. Tee times are available from 11 am. to 6 pm. Please contact PGA Professional Danny Kaye in the pro shop to make arrangements (372-5176).

Bartlett Country Club has undertaken a major reinvestment in golf course maintenance equipment. The Club purchased two fairway mowers, a greens mower with verticutters, a trim mower for our green perimeters, and a new tractor. The Club plans to acquire a green aerification unit at a later date this season.

RJ Pauley will appear in the Bartlett Country Club Grill Room on Friday, April 25, from 7:00 - 11:00 pm. A bar menu will be available throughout the evening.

The golf season is just around the corner. Superintendent Jim Wesley and our crew have been preparing our golf course for the 2008 season by getting our equipment fleet ready for the busy spring and summer seasons.

Friday Night, March 28^th, is Retro Night at the Bartlett Country Club with music by Randoo. The music and dancing will transport us back to the 50's, 60's and 70's from 7:00 to 11:00 pm.

The dates for the 2008 Bartlett Country Club Member-Guest Golf Tournament have been moved to the third week of July. The tournament will be held on Thursday, July 17 through Saturday, July 19.

Members of Bartlett Country Club should have received a mailing from the Club's Board of Directors with election forms for joining the President's Club, paying 2008 dues, and member minimum calculation. Please note that the forms must be returned to the Club by March 15, 2008.

A General Membership Meeting of the Bartlett Country Club will be held on Tuesday, February 26^th, 2008, at 6:00 pm in the main dining room of the Club. Attendance is restricted to members of the Club or their official representatives.

Recording artist Jamie Notarthomas will perform at Bartlett Country Club Friday, February 15th, at 7:30!  Dinner will be served until 8:00 pm, and a bar menu available from 7:30 until 11:00 pm.

Bartlett Country Club will host its annual Seafood Extravaganza on Friday, January 25th. Chef Tim has an exceptional array of delights from the sea planned for the evening as well as offerings from the land.
