Bartlett Country Club features an excellent choice of entrées this Friday, February 3^rd. The Club offers baked, broiled, or fried fish as a dinner choice every Friday evening in addition to the featured items.

Bartlett Country Club offers an exceptional array of entrées for a romantic dinner this Valentine's Day, Tuesday, February 14^th. Appetizers, entrées and desserts may be ordered à la carte or combined (one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert) for $60 per couple.

Bartlett Country Club holds its annual Seafood Extravaganza on Saturday, February 25th. This year's theme is Bartlett Country Club on Gilligan's Island, and prizes will be awarded for the members best dressed in the spirit of the theme.

The buffet includes sushi rolls, grilled mahi mahi, raw clams and oysters in addition to traditional favorites such as seafood gumbo and New England clam chowder. Check out the event flyer for a complete list of buffet items.

Cocktails begin at 6:00 pm followed by dinner at 7:30 pm. Live music will be provided by R.J. Pauly.

A baby sitter and a kid's menu will be available.

The Southern Tier Child Advocacy Center will hold a Princess Party on Sunday, January 29, at Bartlett Country Club. Members interested in participating in the Princess Party should call the Center (716-372-8532) for details. The Clubhouse will also be open for breakfast and lunch Sunday. Members are asked to use the Grille Room entrance.

Bartlett hosts a cooking class and demonstration with Chef Tim Brushingham on Wednesday, January 25^th starting at 6:00 pm. Learn to prepare Cream of Carrot Bisque and Martini Salmon while enjoying a great meal with friends.

Bartlett Country club hosted an incredible gourmet event Saturday, January 21^st, its first wine-pairing dinner. The quality of the dinner courses and the dinner’s presentation were on a par with the best restaurants in Buffalo (Oliver’s, Sinatra’s), New Orleans (Tujaque’s), and New York City that my wife and I have visited. Bartlett has a true gem in Executive Chef Tim Brushingham, and the event allowed him to demonstrate his broad array of culinary skills.

Bartlett Country Club will hold a five course dinner with wine pairings Saturday, January 21^st.  Wine-pairing dinners, which are growing rapidly in popularity, feature foods paired with select wines that match the texture and complexity of the food.
