Deposit
Information
An advance deposit of
$500.00 is required to secure the date of your event. This will be applied to
your final bill. The balance will be due upon completion of your event. If the
function is cancelled, you will forfeit your deposit unless the date can be
resold. If you find it necessary to cancel your event, we ask that you
do so eight days in advance. If that is not possible, you will be responsible
for any preparatoy costs associated with your function.

Guest Count
Guaranteed attendance
must be provided one week in advance of the day of the event. If attendance
falls below the guaranteed number, please contact us immediately as we have a
10% policy allowance. If you have a greater number arrive, we will do our best
to accommodate them and you will be charged for the actual number served.
Food
and Beverage Service
Only food and beverage
provided by Bartlett Country Club may be served with the exception of Wedding
Cakes or Special Occasion Cakes.
