Chef Tim has finalized the menu for Bartlett Country Club's Seafood Extravaganza, to be held Friday, October 16th, which will feature a broad array of fresh seafood and live music by The Gilroy Brothers.
The party begins with live music at 6:30 pm, followed by dinner at 7:00 pm. The buffet includes: Chicken Gumbo, New England Clam Chowder, Little Neck Clams, Oysters on the Half Shell, Hawaiian Shrimp Cocktail, Maryland Crab Cakes, Scallops & Bacon, Beer Battered Shrimp. Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktail, Shrimp Scampi, Blackened Haddock, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Salmon w/Champagne Dill, Scampi Haddock, Broiled Lobster Tails, Smoked Salmon, Roast Prime Rib, Roasted Red Potatoes, Cole Slaw, Seasoned Vegetables, Rice Pilaf, Caesar Salad, and Assorted Desserts.
The price is $40.00 per person plus tax & gratuity.
Babysitting is available for the evening.
