The Golf Professional Search Committee is making steady progress, and is on schedule to deliver a short list of candidates by the end of the month.

The committee's progress consists of the following:

• The PGA CareerLinks Search process has proven to be a great resource for BCC.  We are getting excellent and timely support from our Regional PGA Employment Consultant;
• As noted previously, the request for resumes was launched on October 15^th, with a closing date of this Friday, Nov 6^th;
• To date,  20+ PGA approved resumes have been received and distributed to the Search Committee members for review.  There has been a 60/40 mixture of existing Head Pros and existing Assistant Pros with various experience levels;
• A resume review session was held last week with the Search Committee resulting in the top candidates being contacted for phone screening interviews to be held this week;
• Upon closure of resume submission deadline, a final review of the resumes received will occur;
• Expect to complete phone screening, and conduct all on-site interviews before Thanksgiving;
• The goal of the Search Committee is to bring forth a set of "top 3" candidates for the Executive Committee of the board to select from;
•  Our goal is to have our next pro hired by mid-December.
